Went off of an antidepressent and went down on thyroid meds so not surprised by weight gain. I have started working out and tracking calories. Normally gain 20 lbs when go off a med so this isn't bad.
198.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 39.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Adjusting thyroid meds is alwways difficult. I take them, too.
