Really struggling. I know I am not eating the best and not exercising but have never had weight creep on like it does now. It sucks!
202.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 43.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

Hi I am sorry you are having trouble. You know you can do it! Make an eating plan you can follow, drink your water, and maybe keep exercise goals simple, like a short walk after dinner or at lunch. Make achievable goals so you feel good about your effort. Sometimes we try to do too much all at once and set ourselves up for failure. Hang in there, Heidi!

Thanks guys! I was doing really well back before October and even got down a bit but then had a hysterectomy and 7 month later I am up 9 lbs! I was so motivated before and I just haven't been able to mentally get into a good routine.
