I dd bing yesterday... I'm not going to bing today. I don't want to see 228 again. I'm going to have my coffee Canadian bacon and eggs low carb roll up .. Chicken and hamburger today with orange for snack .. I ya and radish chips
228.8 lb Lost so far: 25.8 lb.    Still to go: 98.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
