I am feeling a little better today. I kinda of got off track. I ate Poppies chicken three times in the last 2 weeks. McDonald and Starbucks banana nut bread. Starbucks really does it. I picked up 5 pounds. So I know I got to get back on track. So this morning, i had my coffee, getting ready to have some more coffee. I have my Canadian bacon, eggs and grits for my breakfast meal at 1pm. I am going to go home and have baked chicken, broccoli and cheese and smashed callower. I am going to have a muffin today and i have some cucumbers. I know what works for is to get all indulged into dieting. When I am all engrossed i have success.

So here i go... im such an emotional person. i hate that. Well you know I have lupus and as soon as I felt the weight, i started getting tired and my legs started hurting. So I know that is not a good sign. So I don't want to go back to not feeling good. I don't want to go back to not breathing and body hurting.

So he just came by to say hi and of course, I was all stupid. I tried to still myself. I think he is noticing the weight loss. He is so sweet and cute my equal. He knows I like him, but he doesn't know how much. I am totally crazy about him and I am still shaking from him just saying Hi. I have been trying to hide a little. I want him to see me when I am really little. But it is nice to see that he is actually looking at me at my size now. So if he does show some interest and want to move relations forward it won't be just because I have lost and looked good... lol. Sound so vain... but anywho .. I am not really doing it all for a chance to be with him but ... I feel so good losing this fat. I feel lighter, more confident and overall good.

Its true overweight is a symptom of being unhealthy.
