MJ's mom's Journal, 21 July 2015

I have been traveling for the last 2 weeks and eating at other people's houses or out the entire time. I've tracked everything on my weight watchers app and it's been awesome. tracking everything has really made me more conscious of my consumption. I haven't been excersising much other than the activities we did over the holidays but am aiming to start slow and get on the elliptical and more walking!
146.4 lb Lost so far: 23.6 lb.    Still to go: 146.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 1.3 lb a week
