Scout1idf's Journal, 17 May 2015

From my pre-Fat Secret start weight of 286 pounds on October 1 2014, that's 65 pounds down, 10 pounds to go to reach the goal set by my doctor.

I'll probably keep going down until I know enough is enough, though I won't push so hard/stress over it because I'll already be at a "healthy" weight.

Back when I was in the Army (1986-1992) I reached 184 pounds and felt sick all of the time so I figure almost 30 years later, the same will probably happen if I go that low.

Let's just say, I'll let my guts tell me when I've lost enough weight......
221.0 lb Lost so far: 53.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

AWESOME!! I'm 5 pounds lower than the goal weight set by my doc to lessen the stress on my knees and ankles. I feel terrific! It is like this just where my body wants to be. I had figured another 5 pounds but I'm happy and healthy at 130. One can definitely go too low, I was 95 pounds after my #3 child was born, I struggled for years to gain weight.
