Its going to take me awhile to get used to the scale barely moving. I added weightlifting into my regimen. I just need to pay closer attention to how my clothes fit.

On another note, my legs hurt so bad from leg day on Tuesday!
158.2 lb Lost so far: 16.8 lb.    Still to go: 18.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 07 May 2015:

You can't be legendary with out leg day! The worse thing is trying to sit on the potty.

Letty- I like that! haha. Mine is getting out of bed or out of a chair. I did abs the last 2 days as well. So im relying on my arms to get up. lol!!

IZZYPUP68- HaHa! Its my favorite day but man its hard to want to do it again after the pain. I feel like i need 2 weeks to recover. LOL!!

Remember, every drop is a drop, and each time you work your muscles you are building them up which will weigh more. You're doing great!

BETHLAUREN-I try to keep that in mind. I also know the more muscle i have the more calories i can burn. It's a slow process but im trying to hang in there. Thank you!

you should have a scale that checks your fat percentage - you should definitely see that drop once you start weight lifting!
