I cheated a little over last weekend but i went hiking and worked out, hoping that would help. Just goes to show that you can't out exercise bad eating. I got up to 163. I don't allow myself to post on here unless its down. HaHa I look forward to fatsecret so it always keeps me motivated to get back on track.

I managed to get back down this morning.
158.4 lb Lost so far: 16.6 lb.    Still to go: 18.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

GLEN-Watching the graph go up messes with me mentally. I just want to see the progress. haha. I think because I exercised it didnt take me that long to lose it.

I agree, we cannot out exercise bad eating. But if you are going to eat unhealthy, adding exercise is better then not being active at all!! At least your body can still use that food towards some activity rather than sitting in your body turning into fat. :) keep it up. Hiking is a great workout

I have mixed feelings about posting a gain. Part of it is that I need to be completely honest with my food logging and tracking, but I want that graph to be a nice, plummeting line, too! :) I will usually give myself a day or two to let things even out before I log a weight gain, but often, that is enough to whip myself back into shape and back to good eating. (I have also learned I am better off not weighing myself on Mondays! :) )
