Its been almost a week since my last weigh in and a lb isnt much. However i did say i was going to take a break last weekend because i was just so exhausted and burned out. I started back Monday.

I have a wedding to attend on May 9th so my goal is to hit it hard til then and no cheat meals. :)
164.8 lb Lost so far: 10.2 lb.    Still to go: 24.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

BTW....I love your new pic..thats a great family picture ...your family is adorable...your just the cutest.. you remind me of my daughter...well to be honest you could be my daughter.. because I have a son that is older than you are lol

I don't agree with the scale much because muscles weighs more than fat. I would try to stay away from the scale and just measure and take photos. Most of the time that gives you better results than a scale will. Keep it up, and don't stress out on losing weight for the wedding. Just make it a lifestyle change and if you have a lifetime goal for staying healthy, then cheating or messing up won't seem like a huge task. Also, your man loves you for you! You will look gorgeous at that wedding no matter what! So, keep it up and if you want more help from a mom perspective on how to lose fat, I use beyondfitmom.com, I know her personally and is awesome. She is also on facebook. She has a deal going on for a trial membership for $1 right now, or at least she did. It's been a God-send and she gives you recipes and you only have to work out 3x/week and she gives you the exercises for it and it's all from your home and with your kids too. And she gives you all the tools for recipes.

CATHOLICEMT34- Thank you for your kind words and advice. I just started adding a little bit of weights to my cardio. I used to be big time into weightlifting after my first. I have noticed the difference in clothes as well. I had to roll my waistband on the pants i have on today. They're still falling off. lol. Oh and the wedding isn't for me. My fiance is in his best friends wedding and im attending that. However it will be like a high school reunion because its everyone i went to school with. So i would like to lose a bit more to feel comfortable for myself. I always like to give myself motivation.

Started diet on April 15th, 2015 @244 lbs. down 9 lbs. as of today April 22nd,2015 I'm working on it !

Funny sweetie I just looked at your date for your wedding... although it wasn't in May, I was married just over a year ago on November 9th in Gatlinburg.. did you know that the 9th is a very good luck number yep it is...lol:)
