2065 kcal Fat: 52.66g | Prot: 206.75g | Carb: 190.47g.   Breakfast: Low Fat Cheddar Cheese, Turkey Bacon, Mushrooms , Orange Juice , 100% Liquid Egg Whites. Lunch: Young Green Onions (Tops Only), Low Fat Cheddar Cheese, chicken breast, whole wheat tortilla ortega, bush's best baked beans, cilantro salsa. Dinner: whole wheat sandwich thins, Grilled Chicken. Snacks/Other: Triple Chocolate Muscle Building Milk Shake, beer bread, Zone Perfect strawberry yogurt, banana, skim milk. more...
