Traveling today for work, hopefully the lack of movement from the long drive doesn't affect anything. Trying to drink water is detrimental to a 2 hour drive but we'll see what we can do during the day :)

**Edit** I ran out of the carb smart ice cream and had not a lot for food today. measured out 4 spoonfuls into a container and logged it. I'm a good girl :)
194.8 lb Lost so far: 37.2 lb.    Still to go: 49.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
