I have been sucking at eating right on the weekends hopefully after my move i will be able to get to gym instead of pigging out, wish me luck might need surgery on both my arms fun fun
240.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 83.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
