This bites I really need to get to the doctor for my thyroid medicine, but just havent had the time or money. But this going up and down each week is killing me I walked about 10 miles this weekend and gained are you kidding me:(

Oh well lets see this week.
241.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 84.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

When you do exercise more than usual, your muscles retain water to help them heal. This can show on the scale as a temporary gain, smaller than usual loss or no loss. Google "why the scale lies" for insight in to water weight fluctuations.
