Thanks for the invite, Matt. I will catch you on the flip side. Right now, I'm already in the gym for 2 hours a day most days (sometimes less if I have things to do) 6 days a week. Only about an hour of that (weekly) is walking. The rest is strength training. 🏋‍♀️

Matt, I loaned my bike to my daughter for a vacation week, when it came back, my SIL had gone over it and it was tuned up. I haven't been on it for years as a street bike, but just on a trainer rack. I road it up to the Library- about 2.5 miles RT. It was enough for me for a shake down run (I fell over once - oy!) It was fun! I'll do it again tomorrow, a bit further. We have a rail trail nearby. People travel here to ride. We have a nice combination of river valley flat trails and for the more advanced- hills all around with beautiful scenic byways.

Matt…I’m not sure I’m there yet…just tried googling how you get that many miles in a week. 😅 that’d be a lot of walking I think…

Hi Anna, That was only my 2nd week of 20-week program. Those numbers are in KM so my French competitor does not need to convert it. Roughly it was about 62 miles per week. I hope my motivation lasts long. On average I walk & run around 11 miles per day.. because errr … I have so much fun doing it. 😀 I’m fortunate that my area has a preserved nature running trail along a stretch of multiple creeks and small lakes. You can try to go for 30 miles per week! Btw, Your offer for strawberry cheesecake still stands ? 🍰😅 Just kidding 😅 Have a wonderful labor day ! 🎉🦋

I'm not up to the level of mileage in this challenge, but I am planning to build up my activity level.

Noted Erika, The new version is 30 miles per week & of course we do to the best of our own ability. More importantly, Dont get hurt because it will impede our consistency to stay fit 🚴‍♂️ All the best !
