Now that's what I'm talking about! I've been bumping up my calorie count by adding an extra Oz of lean at lean & green time as well as trying to fit in more snacks. It seems to be paying dividends.
237.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
