Don't you love it when your weight goes up for no reason, hovers there for days and then finally starts to drift back to baseline? My favorite. Today is chicken taco quesadillas and then I'll throw the pork butt in the crock pot. Pulled pork (with or without sauce) sounds yummy. I have the low carb mission tortillas (thank you buy 1 get 1 deal) to throw it into so looking forward to that a bit.

Started dreaming about retirement...and seeing how soon I can make it happen. Thought it was 8 years but making some changes and some sacrifices, I'm wondering if I can do it in 5. Now to figure out what I'm retiring "to", what I want that life to look like on the day to day. Fun to think about. Exciting to plan it.
211.6 lb Lost so far: 20.4 lb.    Still to go: 66.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I think the next five to ten years is going to be really interesting. Everyone I know is thinking about how to get out of the rat race lately and there is going to be a vacuum of experience and expertise if even half succeed.
