Going to plan my day today instead of letting it plan me. And didn't drink enough water yesterday so paying attention to that as well. I feel better when I do even though I'm in the bathroom every hour lol.

Hope you all have a great Saturday. I'm enjoying the warm and sun before our cooldown next week.

**Raked my front yard (ok most of it and 1st pass). Hot, sweaty. I am SOOOO out of shape. 1st steps.
203.8 lb Lost so far: 28.2 lb.    Still to go: 58.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Thank you, have a great Saturday, too. Suppose to snow here in N.Y. later today. Your Bio reminds me that I need to set some min-goals. I can't believe I started just before Thanksgiving and mostly because of Fatsecret, have lost about 10-12 lbs.

Where in NY? I'm from Upstate originally near Syracuse. My Dad is still in Camden, about an hour north of that.
