I dreaded weighing in...I really did because I know the gain is my fault. I was so happy to be below 200 lbs and when I gained, I let it derail my journey. I am not sitting here feeling sorry for myself nor am I asking for other people to do the same thing. It was my fault and I am merely explaining. Despite this gain, I am not giving up. I can't give up. I have two girls who need a strong role model.

I am pretty excited about finishing up the P90X3 program. I did not see as much results as I would have liked but I am still proud I am going to complete it. Though I do have to say...I am very excited to start the Focus T25. From my research, it's supposedly a really good fat burner so...*fingers crossed*. I was almost tempted to start it now and just not finish the P90X3 but then it would feel like I gave up. I dunno...I just have to keep pushing...

EDIT: I decided...while looking at my gain that you know...it wouldn't be giving up. It would be me making a choice that would benefit me more at this time so I am going to drop the P90X3 now and start the Focus T25.

Daily Summary
*Focus T25: So according to the alpha schedule, I start off with a Stretch. It was challenging yes and I actually kind of needed it. My legs were really stiff and tight but now they feel much better. I have looked over the other workouts and they do look pretty challenging but if this is what it takes to burn fat, then I will do it. The one thing that I found that I liked about the Stretch (and I think he does this in all the other videos) is that he constantly reminds you of your focus and what muscles you should be working on top of the pose that you are in. Like, we were in a lunge position and he tells you to start flexing your glutes and such. It was interesting. We will see how I feel though after tomorrow...which is Cardio lol!

Plank: Another 30 second plank...still difficult but it didn't seem as hard as the first time...I'll take that to mean that I am doing something right lol! Nervous for tomorrow...it's a 45 second plank! @_@

Gains are part of the journey. It's the people who keep going and don't let anything stop them, who get to goal. So just keep going.

I'm telling you it's the time of year! It's HARD to lose weight in the winter. I feel the same way about 170. It's a mini goal for me. Each time I get close it's like my brain freaks out and tells me to shove food in my face. I hate it, but I keep trying. Congrats on making strong decisions!

Thank you Suzi 161 and Instantcrazy for your kind words. I almost agree with that sentiment Instantcrazy about it being because of the season lol! But I am still going to try and push through. :) I really appreciate your words.

Awesome job finishing your program and starting T25--I love it and hope you will, too! The cardio that you'll start tomorrow is my favorite of T25 alpha so far. You're going to do awesome! Keep up the great work. :)

Arre - I totally agree with Suzi and Instantcrazy above. To stay the same at this time of year is a MAJOR achievement. A small gain is "normal". The winners hang on in, ride the wave and get cracking again afterwards. You can do this x
