This gain is something that I am finally okay with. I know that it is all water weight because of that time of the month approaching so I am not going to freak out over it. My eating has been not so great these last few days but I have seriously been out and about with no time to actually eat properly. No, it's no excuse. I should have had better control of myself even if I was completely exhausted.

Today is a new start for the week though. Going to push through this pukey feeling and workout, eat right and yeah. I will meet my goals and get my To-Do list done! *Insert determined face*

Daily Summary
*P90X3: I swear I am losing my strength! D: Eccentric Upper was incredibly hard for me. This just shows me that no more excuses and no more breaks on my workout...I also need to start working harder to build up that upper body strength. I want so badly to be able to do a full pushup and pullup...even if it is just one at the moment. :(

Plank: I started this over since I stopped due to being busy. 20 Second planks are hard lol. But I can feel it working my core muscles so I need to keep it up. :)

Yoga (Kinetic): Its been awhile since I did this workout and man...it was hard. It didn't help that I was already sore enough as it is...and to top it off all that excessive cleaning I had to do at this one house and then cleaning my brother in law's office...only made it worse. Oh well...I am proud that I achieved this still. :)

Convict Conditioning: 2 x 20 for Wall Pushups and Knee Tucks. I am hoping that maybe tossing this on with P90X3 will help me build strength.
