So I am retaining water badly thanks to that time of the month creeping closer. It sucks but I am just doing my best to deal with it. While the scale went up, I know I have lost thanks to measurements at the 1st of the month. That water weight will come off fairly quickly though.
On a side note, I took my sister to the ER yesterday...and now, I think I am coming down with the stomach flu. 2 people brought in their kids who had it. So yeah...woke up feeling extremely queasy. There has been no throwing up yet...but it is only a matter of time. I am going to have a day of light eating at try to get some soup or something to eat in hopes that it won't upset my guts more then they are already upset. I am unsure yet on whether I will work out. I am thinking of just focusing on getting better first. I might do the Convict Conditioning still along with planking since it isn't as intense as the P90X3 but we will see.
