Got a rude awakening this morning...woken from a sound sleep after Piper kept me up for over an hour. -_- So needless to say, I am pretty tired today. I am sore but not as bad as I thought I would be which I will not complain about but I do need to push through it so I can get my workout in today. Luckily today is not so busy but it does mean I have to work extra harder to get my steps in. I reached my goal yesterday so I need to make sure I reach it consistently so that it will become habit to get up and move more. :)
Well I suppose I should get up and try to get my day started...it's already getting late in the morning!
Daily Summary *P90X3: Triometrics is still difficult for me but I managed to push through which is big because I REALLY DIDN'T want to workout. I almost talked myself out of it...but then my friend told me to go do it and get it over with. I am glad that I did.
Plank: 20 second plank...extremely hard to do when you have a pain beneath your right shoulderblade. I managed somehow though.
Yoga (Functional): Like P90X3...it took a lot to get me up to do this. It did help out my shoulder though and I am proud of myself for doing it. The only way to build good habits is to do them whether I want to or not until it becomes just natural.
