one word - weekend
143.1 lb Lost so far: 27.8 lb.    Still to go: 4.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Agreed!! So bad, especially when you have events and no time to really cook and when you have time, so lazy! Or I am atleast! And we have had load shedding like 4 times over the weekend - even worse!!

I went a bit overboard with the Ferreros! This load shedding is so irritating...I have also become very lazy - need to start pumping veggies into my system ;p

Yep ! I am going veggie shopping at the market tomorrow and got some freezer bags to cut everything up and freeze so it lasts a bit longer! Sommer excited for some variety in the house again!

So I'm not the only one , thank goodness , I kept it clean but had to much to eat , and a little bit to much of the bread, but said no thanks to the chips, chocolates, milkshakes and fries. And having this bad sinus is not helping at all. good luck with keeping it clean this week.
