you know those random weight gains and you like htf did this happen?


This isn't one of them - I take full responsibility for this no

firsty: over calorie limit everyday
secondly: never walk this whole week

145.5 lb Lost so far: 25.4 lb.    Still to go: 6.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

hehe that's how we roll!!! we are in control - going on a 5 day diet next week (check my food journal) so hopefully I can make up and ignite a new zest on healthy living
