I gotta keep walking. It may not be very far that I'm going, but it seems to be working.

I’m in and out of this trying to work out. You go!! You’ll do well. I just started Zumba again this morning … only 22 min. Will do more later tonight. We can do this!!

Sorry I wrote so much before. It was my 1st posting. I love the way you all talk with each other. Today is a rough day for me. I have fibromyalgia and after the work out yesterday at therapist, I am so sore and achy. All I can do for myself now is calories. Workouts are too much. Good luck everyone, I'm cheering from the sidelines.
