You are AMAZING, Genie! I can't believe you've lost so much weight in the past! Now I know that you know how it's done, & I hope you also realize that weight loss has to involve a permanent, healthier lifestyle change for it to be fully successful. YOU KNOW YOU CAN DO THIS, GAL! Just take it day by day, & try to make good choices. Of course, no one does it right all of the time. When you overdo or otherwise blow it, you just have to suck it up & keep going. Don't beat yourself up, & NEVER, NEVER GIVE UP! That's the ONLY WAY you ever lose this battle, is by giving up! As long as you keep trying, & take each day, & each food choice as they come, you will lose the weight, & become healthier, & YOU WILL ultimately reach your goals. I'm 59 & about 257 lbs, with several health problems that make it hard for me to lose weight. But I need to have my left hip replaced, & need to lose about 55 more lbs to have the surgery, with best chance for success. For me there is no choice, I MUST lose the weight, & I KNOW I WILL, because I WILL NOT GIVE UP! Last week I gained 3 lbs, so am not feeling very good about me right now. BUT, the scale (my sworn enemy) is going down, although very slowly, & I know IT WILL HAPPEN, because it has to. Otherwise, Dr says I'll soon be permanently in a wheelchair, which I WILL NOT ALLOW. I hope my babbling helps you, & I wish you great success in your healthy lifestyle choices & changes. Blessings, GLAMMER
