Up 3 pounds in a month. I need to do better on my eating. I will have to start journaling today and get myself back on track. It will be hard today as I am going to a Chinese buffet, but I will limit myself to one plate. My recommitment to exercise is going great and I am going to continue that success today with a 45 min zumba class tonight.
185.6 lb Lost so far: 3.4 lb.    Still to go: 48.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

You know what to do! I'm having a hard time right now too and I think it's the busy schedule that comes this time of year and it's just hard to fit everything in. We can do this!

Guess, what, today is a new day to start anew. stick to the protein and veggies at the Chinese place, skip the noodles and rice. You can do it, you will do it. You have half of it done with your faithfulness to the exercise program, the rest will follow.

Great advice from your friends Kathy! I survived 10 days in China and it was challenging! stick to veggies (preferably the raw cut ones, the others they will be soaked in oil and soil cos they fry everything) and protein... I did love their dumplings in soup.. it was one of the things which came steamed not fried....you know what to do! enjoy!

If I knew what to do Jenfar, I would have lost the weight and not still be struggling with it.

Hang on in there Kathy, you can do it! I was in your situation until a few months ago, it seemed like an endless struggle. Just keep experimenting, you will hit the right button soon, just don't give up! i'm watching you! you went down before, i saw your weight history, you can do it again! C'mon!
