Day 2. Yesterday went well. 3 goals were to drink more, grocery shop and don't eat stupid. Check. Todays goals: drink more, eat the planned food during the eating window and meal prep for the rest of the week. I bought some chicken, bacon and veggies I want to cook and prep to make it easier to stay on task. Lots of things at work today so hopefully everyone there is busy enough to leave me alone for the most part. Still feeling the 2 day driving trip. Can't wait til Monday for my massage to get the body back in gear.
