well, today is my first day using FatSecret. Not sure that it will help. In the end, all of the bells and whistles end with me--and whether or not I have it within me to succeed as weight loss.

I weighed in today and felt very sad, frustrated, angry, helpless and like punishing myself.

I listened to some music, danced and felt energized. So, here I am. At the very least, maybe this system will be easier to use.

Rebecca - Welcome. Yes, this once you learn your way around the site, you'll find it is easy to use. We come for the bells & whistles, but we stay for the people.

I've only been here three days and already I'm finding the people more supportive than my old weight watchers group. Plus the way the site allows you to track a diet "your way" is a definite plus. I hope you stick it out and that we both make it work for us. I'll be rooting for you.
