Went back to the Gym last week. 30 minutes of walking with 1lb weights and 25 minutes of yoga...did one set of arms. Cannot do dips with my shoulder.
244.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 84.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
