I am still so happy with the way I am doing, no weight gains yet!!!! I am just being so positive, I weigh myself every day, plan my meals and keep a journal of what I eat. I can feel a change in the clothing I wear now, it is just so exciting. I also set myself small goals to reach. my next goal is to reach 80 Kg's. Then I will set the next one.
