Did 35 minutes at the gym yesterday. This is finals weekend, so I have a couple of days of hell as I go through the papers. Not looking forward to it. In the past I'd snack as I graded. Now, I won't.

On the other hand, I see that my weight has come down another 3/4 of a pound. This feels very good.
221.8 lb Lost so far: 115.2 lb.    Still to go: 53.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks for the buddy request and congrats on such success with weight loss. Enjoy your upcoming trip and hope that marking the papers isn't too arduous. Maybe get some veggies prepped for snacking as I am sure some of the marking will be boring and tedious and that's when we want to eat. Have a great week-end.

I find when I feel like snacking, but am chained to a desk for work, I just keep drinking water! Or when you find a paper that they've said something SOOOO stupid that you think they can't have listened to anything you've said, just share it with someone else that would find the comment funny!
