No change to my weight, but I did 39 minutes at the gym yesterday and I feel pretty energised.

I'm feeling pretty positive about my weight loss, just wishing I could get myself down to my 'fighting weight' as soon as possible. However, I know it will come. I've been in this struggle for over thirteen months and I've seen results.

You will get there. I on the other hand made some poor choices the last 2 weekends and I am thinking that I may just be having to pay the price for it. Haven't stood on that scale yet and to tell you the truth I am afraid to..but I'll be doing it. Hope this day is great for you..

your doing great...im sure your body is just catchin up with itself and you will show a loss again soon....long as you stay consistent an focused it is gonna happen...

You'll get there. It takes time to lose weight the right way. Keep your eye on the long view - look how far you've come.

Congratulations Fledgist and all the others that continue to fight the good fight. Getting new clothes, belts, etc. and finding yourself more comfortable in an airplane seat are all tangable signs of progress. Never loose sight of the vision of yourself as a viable, energetic person living life asertively and with passion. You do that best when your health is an enabler, not an inhibitor.
