Yup all the water weight is gone...thank goodness
149.9 lb Lost so far: 20.9 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

So that's where my extra water weight came from this morning! ;-) It's always nice when it disappears! Water has such a big influence on the scale.

Haha...it's the best feeling...well 1 litre of water weighs 1 kg so it kinda makes sense ;)
