on an empty stomach before drinking water
145.9 lb Lost so far: 24.9 lb.    Still to go: 7.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 9.3 lb a week

In the late afternoon...I did'nt have lunch nor did I have any water the whole day

I haven't seen your foods, so I don't have any tips for you, but I was explaining to a lady who I haven't seen for several months that if I eat bread at a meal I won't eat rice or potato. I only choose one of the three, not all three. Etc. :)
