Love how well logging my food and exercising have changed my eating when I'm not hungry, and I'm losing again! Since logging, I've had one day of eating too much. Much better than everyday!
191.8 lb Lost so far: 70.8 lb.    Still to go: 31.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
