Another .6 lost so know I'm only 1.6 pounds off my weight prior to my overindulgent birthday week. Today has been a crazy morning (business) and I am totally stressed so maybe two bike rides today to relieve it. What do you do when you are really stressed?
224.8 lb Lost so far: 44.2 lb.    Still to go: 59.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

when i am really stressed i try to sleep.

Short-term relaxation: deep breathing. It instantly calms me. Long-term: relaxing for at least a 1/2 hour at the end of every day, exercising regularly, taking vitamins and supplements, positive self-talk.

I tell myself, This too shall pass and go for a walk. No bike or treadmill. Walking is all I have. Well, I have 3 lb hand weights. lol

When I am really stressed I try to get in a really hard work out to counter the stress. It helps clear my mind and makes it easier for me to rest.

I took an almost hour bike ride today to start my day. That relieved some stress.

Walk, sweat, walk, sweat, kettle bell, sweat, strength training, sweat. That is my prescription for stress, anxiety and depression.
