Thanks for the encouragement. YES Kathy. The my new routine is paying off. I'm eating three days in a row, and fasting on the fourth day. And I raised my calories from 1300 to 1800-1900. My body locked up, and wouldn't shed any weight on the lower cals, so I upped them. I'm excited. Today is the first day its been going down in 1.5 months!
