Well at the end of the Trust Fall challenge I've lost 2 pounds and I feel great about that. At the same time I know that I don't have to rely on that number to be happy with my progress. I'm happy with the progress I've made with my workouts and the progress I've made with making better food choices. So now I'm taking the positive weigh in and I'm going to keep moving forward. I want to workout more and fuel my body better, those are my main goals and I think not letting how much I weigh get in my head I can reach my goals. :) I'm going to sit down this weekend and figure out some truly attainable goals for my exercise and eating. Here goes!
