I'm quite surprised that my weight stayed the same throughout the week. Fingers crossed that some of that it water retention from TOM & I'll have a decrease next weekend.

I will be 51 in July and haven't had TOM in over 9 months. Menopause? or is it weight gain that stopped them? I'm hoping menopause. lol :) I am losing so if it comes back I'll know huh?
