Found Quiona last night - compleat protein. Looking forward to including this in my life.
I am up today on my weight - portion size needs to be adjusted as I am not good with that.
235.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
