Today is the first day that I have seen this tool and like the recipie and way that this site offeres information on everything. I will try this for a month and see how it is going. I have been working out Mon / Wed / Fri for the past 6 weeks now and I feel great. I have lost 20lbs and want to loose another 14lbs so that I am at 220lbs once again. I am curious to see what it is going to take to get me to that point. I have stopped smoking and this has been just over two weeks now. Making changes in my life so that I am happy with myself - I am not doing this for anyone but me - time to be selfish.
