puhpine's Journal, 29 March 2014

Goodmorning,

Today i used my new scale, and the positive thing about it is that i get to start losing weight at a higher level, so i can drop even more then i though (*yeah!*)

this scale gives me some insight in muscle and fat% so i will put these numbers in my journal once in a while so i can look back...
89.9 wt
53.1 Fat
32.2 water
22.9 muscle
10.1 bone

the fatpercentage is a little high, at the gym it was 46% last time they measured, but since this is my scale now, i'll take these measurements as assumptions for future reference.

I have a little muscle ace which means i done something yesterday.

Dark days are coming, i can feel it in my mindset...
If you hate negative journals you might wanna steer clear of mine in about 2 days. After about 9 days they are save to read again...

have a nice day, life is great!

There is nothing negative about putting on a little weight but there is a REASON and it is for you to identify that REASON. If the REASON is a medical or perhaps a female thing then this is out of your control with nothing you can do about it so accept it and resolve to get it off later (the weight I mean)Now if the extra weight is down to what you put in your mouth then you have identified the problem and can do something POSITIVE about it. I see no REASON why members need to write negative thoughts on here it is demoralising and demotivating. I agree members will and do need help but posting negative posts will not get the help they need. Oh it will get the sympathy gang going with their "poor you" and their "Oh Dear we are here for you" stuff but a kick in the A*&E is often more effective. So dear Maud (without the E) any negative posts out of you and I will be on the ferry at Hull and make you weigh in right in front of me.....he heeeeeeeeee

Hey, just spit out your venom. We can take it. Better to put it here than in your real life, agreed? Remember, hormones are both real, and they are not real. They are real in that you feel them, and they are not in that they are temporary. Keep up the good work and thanks for the heads up! LOL. XOXO

What brand of scale did you buy? It looks like it gives very detailed information. Sounds like it will be a good tool in the weight control department.
