It’s been awhile since I’ve been on here. The last two and a half years has been rough. Started with a divorce, then Covid, then selling the house, then my step dad was confined to a bed and eventually passed away in April. While I was at his funereal I got word that my best friend passed away after fighting Covid. Sooo, that’s to say I have had a few life stressors lately and it’s time to get back up and start again. That entry was more for me to remember what I have dealt with lately. Not so much to whine. 😂
354.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 129.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.5 lb a week

I’m so sorry. Very many people dealing with this same thing. Work on a non food solution to dealing with stress or you will fight this same battle for the rest of yourlife

So sorry about the loss of your friend and your step dad. That's alot to deal with. I gained about a pound a week when the Covid shut down first happened until I reached around 30-40 pounds. I still haven't become serious enough to start taking it off. Good luck with your goals.

You have lots of support here, you can do this. Stress is one of my biggest battles, I'm a stress eater so going through all that you have, cut yourself some slack and take one day at a time.
