Sooooo, where to start. Really decent walk last night, watch says 3.4 miles, so good for steps. It was relaxing and great and everything was wonderful. Let the dogs loose in the yard while I changed and started making their dinner and all hell broke loose outside. Skunk in the yard. Didn't end well. Slammed the big dude into the bathroom, tried to keep him away from all things made of cloth, he doesn't like the tub, could not get him in no matter what. Did the H2O2, Dawn and baking soda thing, got most of the shot off of his face and chest. Honestly, I don't know if he stinks or not anymore, I'm noseblind at this point. Ended up hosing the solution off in the side yard around 11. Was a little late for work this morning. No reason. Ha. Bathroom is cleaned up, but needs scrub down with anti-icky poo to remove lingering smell that the other dogs are going after. Opened up my office this morning and for whatever reason it stinks inside here, too. All doors and windows open, fans going, need to find the source to treat. Need to read up on laundry methods just in case there's stink on the towels I threw in there. Just in case. Yeah, right. There is definitely stink. Ate two chocolate zucchini cupcakes at the end of the night. Figured it was better than getting wasted which was the preferred option but leads me nowhere good. Logged them, so all good there. Numbers are what they are at this point. I'll be doing some hardcore cleaning later. Blob down, muscle up, I don't ever want to repeat that workout again. At least it was only one dog. Oh my Katsolo! Anytime you want to give your punk ass dog to me I’ll gladly take him with all my heart. I might have a lot of property but I don’t go walking much - I think he’d miss you more than anything on earth!!❤️❤️❤️

anti icky poo is the shiz for this type of horrible stuff, sk. worth the price. I'm stopping work now for another dog bath. no reason. 😑

Look up anti icky poo on Amazon. Stuff really works on bad smells. Even decomp. Costs more than nature’s miracle, but works better. You spray it on and let it dry and the enzymes break down odors as it dries. If colors don’t matter, any peroxide based cleaner will also work. Thing is, can’t really use it on living things. Like kids and dogs.

Ahhh..the dreaded skunk! It's my biggest fear while traveling with our dog..

Put baking soda in Dawn and wash your dog and leave it on and then take peroxide and rub it in all over. The peroxide activates the skunk smell faster and dissipates it. We keep both on hand after our four experiences with our pups.

Absolutely hate skunk spray!!! Not that anyone likes it, just didn't want to come across as as hating the animal. Skunk stink gives me a headache. I keep Vicks by my bedside, so if the skunk smell wonders in at night, I toss Vicks in my nostils nd I can go back to sleep. They're usually a good distance away, so not a huge problem like what you had. Ugh! What a clean up! My mother said my father got sprayed by a skunk was and used tomato juices to wash his clothes. but this in the late 50s, early 60s. I think there are more effective cleaning methods nowadays. Hope your home, office and pets are completely stink free soon. 👍💕

my lab trapped a skunk under the neighbors window well once. thankfully the cover took all the spray and completely missed my dog. the next day the neighbor was hoping off his siding and cussing me. I felt terrible.
