I'm gobsmacked!! I dreamed of this day and here it is. 50lbs gone! Stunning. I'm saying gone and not lost as I have no intentions of ever finding it again (not an original quote - thank you Facebook). Sadly I don't have the energy to happy dance as this has been one of the worst weeks for sleeping I can remember in a very long time and I feel like poop. Still, the sun is out and it's warming up a bit, although it will be an age before everything dries out over here. Have a wonderful weekend everyone and for those who are not feeling well I wish you a speedy road back to good health.

196.0 lb Lost so far: 50.0 lb.    Still to go: 42.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
