Life long foodie of Ukrainian and Irish descent (never met a perogy or a potato I didn't like), now finding my way through type 2 diabetes.
Long term goals? To be medication free (high blood pressure and diabetes), to lose 140ish pounds (already down 70), and to be the active, happy, healthy mom my beautiful children deserve.
Goal #1 - To weigh what I did when we got married (274 lb) ACHIEVED! April 2013
Goal #2 - To weigh less than my husband (245 lb) ACHIEVED! July 2013
Goal #3 - To have lost 75lb by my next birthday mid-September (234 lb)
Goal #4 - To lose 100 lb by April 2014
Goal #5 - To be off high blood pressure meds by Sept 2014
Goal #6 - To be off diabetes meds by April 2015
Goal #7 - To be below 200 lb by June 2014
