Again no weight change this morning.
Sunday is my weight in day, so I am down 5 lbs the first week. Not a bad total I guess, was hoping for a little more than that. But I guess we are all hoping for more than we get. LOL.
Today is going to be a lazy day getting ready for the week ahead.

Five pounds in a week is fantastic. If you lose two pounds a week for a year that's 104 pounds any way you figure it. I know people want to lose more, including me, but 1 to 2 pounds a week is safe any the results are usually longer lasting. You can DO IT!

the last thing you will want to do is hope to lose weight lightning fast. It is a slow process and you will need to be patient to avoid discouragement! there were weeks at a time during my journey where my weight loss stopped all together and I was forced to add calories to my diet for a week to wake up my metabolism. Every loss is a victory!
