I was doing reasonably ok with the no change thing the last few days but now I am up a lbs, how does that work. Bloating with Cycle finally catching up?
My calories were actually a little low last week. I know from past experiance that I should be about 1700-1800 to loose consistantly.
Well the only place to go from here is "down".

It could be. At 49 I am not menopausal yet, have two functioning ovaries but no uterus, and occasionally I feel like I have ovulated and am bloated in the midsection. Feared illness at first but my GYN said that was normal. It doesn't last long. I weight every day but only record once a week here (on my Weight Watchers weigh in day - Fridays) because of the weekly fluctuations that can happen. So many things come in to play in a woman's body.
