Only lost a pound - but it is better than gaining a pound.
181.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 49.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1140 kcal Fat: 79.55g | Prot: 82.61g | Carb: 26.07g.   Breakfast: fiber choice, lemon, herb tea, egg, sweetener, cream. Lunch: avacado, lettuce, lemon juice, chicken, carrot, olive oil, cheese, red cabbage, sprouts, egg, sour cream. Dinner: tea, ranch dressing, chicken, cauliflower, broccoli, cabbage. more...
