Doing well with the diet still. I do have popcorn, though... I just love it so much! But my husband said last night that he has really noticed a difference in me- that I am tons more active than I ever have been! I think nothing of riding my bike, walking the dogs, working on the yard. And I'm not tired all the time!
213.8 lb Lost so far: 18.2 lb.    Still to go: 13.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It feels so great when our husbands notice. I mean, sure, ideally I guess we're doing this for ourselves. But it does feel so good to have our hard work acknowledged. And you have been working really hard. Keep it up!
